I haven't actually been there yet but one of their girls worked very hard to get my insurance okayed and to get me in! I told her I haven't seen a dentist in 30+years and she said we can handle it! I am excited to have my appointment next week! I had my first appointment today. They were so patient and professional. Start with Patience who reaches out to me and made sure my insurance was good there. Then Karena who is my hero now! After 30+ years of avoiding the dentist mostly because I have an overactive gag reflex. It is usually near impossible to even get X-rays! In comes Karena who puts a tiny bit of salt on my tongue and the gagging was gone! The hygienist , please forgive me I forgot her first name , was so patient and professional and she took the time to explain everything she was doing and why she was doing it! The dentist too, I'm so sorry I forgot his name too but he was very thorough and also explained everything. Last but certainly not least, Kara worked to find me a payment plan that was within my budget so I can get everything done that I need. In the end I will once again have a healthy mouth ! This will be my dentist from now on! If I could , I'd give them 100 stars.
